This morning, a judge denied bond for 36-year-old Hassan Abdirahman Sheikh Ali. Officials arrested the man in Palm Beach County hours after the crash. Ali was in court twice this morning, because a judge said he was uncooperative when he claimed he didn't understand any English in his first court room visit.

At Thursday?s city council meeting, the police chief, city attorney, city manager and councilmembers voiced concerns with the program. Multiple officials are now reaching out to the company because problems are affecting trust in law enforcement. The city says they have a contract with the company and want to make sure it?s being followed without persistent issues.
