When a little girl lost her favorite stuffed puppy at the airport, she ran to the nearest officer at the Orlando International Airport (MCO) hoping to find him. The officer personally made sure the toy made his way back home, along with a few extra goodies for the family.

A Florida woman has been arrested under suspicion of animal cruelty months after an animal was found dead in a bathroom at Orlando International Airport, according to the Orlando Police Department. Reports show Alison Agatha Lawrence was booked into the Lake County Jail on Tuesday and is being held on a $5,000 bond.

Epic Universe is scheduled to open on May 22, 2025. Students at the Orlando Science School recently finished in second place at Harvard University's Science Olympiad Competition. The middle schoolers from the OSS Lynx Campus competed with 39 other science teams in the Olympiad, which tested kids on a variety of topics, including meteorology and physiology.

The Orlando Police Department says one person has died during a shooting that took place in the early hours of Sunday morning. Reports show 26-year-old Jared A. Kinloch died from a gunshot wound after being transported to the hospital. Officials said they believe the incident occurred during a "drug-related transaction."

Today, friends will honor Jose Luis-Lopez who was shot and killed by Orange County deputies, even though he was the one who called them for help. He died last month inside his own home.

Tina Allgeo, the Orlando woman charged with second-degree murder for a deadly road-rage shooting, bonded out of jail on Saturday morning. Since being indicted last month, 47-year-old Allgeo has been held in Orange County Jail without bond. On Friday, a judge set Allgeo's bond at $100,000. Court records show she posted the bond only a few hours later.
