Suspect identified in Orlando officer-involved shooting
The Orlando Police Department has now identified the man that was shot and killed in an officer-involved shooting on Thursday night outside of an apartment complex. Police said the man killed is 25-year-old Orlin Manuel Bueso Calderon, who had a criminal history. Officials said Calderon failed to drop a gun he was waving, despite repeated commands before being shot. The recovered firearm was later determined to be a simulated weapon that appeared similar to a "Glock handgun.
