At the Peach Cobbler Factory, variations of peach cobbler take form in honor of National Peach Cobbler Day on April 13. FOX 35's Esther Bower helps showcase the restaurants many desserts, including strawberry swirl banana pudding and cheese cake banana pudding. 

Newly released body camera footage shows the arrest of a driver who fled from Winter Park to Lake Mary after two window workers were shot. 

Two men were hurt in a shooting that took place near the University of Central Florida on April 8. Deputies reported that the men were transported to the hospital, but have not disclosed whether an arrest has been made in connection to this incident.

A revitalization to Downtown Orlando, at Church Street, is underway. Current plans are to demolish curbs on the street to create a walkable area for everyone.

A judicial ethics case was opened into the alleged actions of Orange County circuit court judge John E. Jordan III who is accused of violating the judicial canons by telling attorney's to "shut up" and making racially insensitive comments toward a defendant's uncle. 

Tenants at The Rialto apartments filed a class action lawsuit – accusing the apartment owners of breach of contract – after 200 units were evacuated due to "structural concerns."  Now, the tenants of the Doctor Phillips complex, located in Orange County, demand damages in excess of $50,000 per resident due to moving and relocation costs – as well as the loss of use and the enjoyment of the dwelling units, the lawsuit said. 

The city of Orlando has implemented a "no-feeding" policy for the swans at Lake Eola. The public is no longer allowed to feed the birds and all coin-operated, public bird feeders have been removed. The change comes after dozens of swans died from an avian flu outbreak.

Tenants of The Rialto in Orange County, Florida are suing the apartment owners after they were evacuated due to structural concerns. $1,000 checks were given to tenants as a relocation fee, but the residents claim these checks bounced. 

The Stonebridge Place association has seen four different management companies in just nine months. Ending those contracts early has already cost the HOA $18,000 in termination fees during those nine months. Now, homeowners want to know: where are HOA dues going? 

Frederick Leonzo Callaway and James Robinson, charged with felony murder, armed burglary, armed robbery, and aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, were denied bond on March 25 after two window installment workers were hospitalized from shooting injuries. The shooting was reported on Tuesday around 3:50 p.m. at a home near Overlook Road and Sylvan Boulevard. Police found two men who had been shot and taken to the hospital.
