Jordanish Torres-Garcia, the man reportedly paid to kidnap a Homestead woman in Winter Springs, was in federal court on Thursday.

Jordanish Torres-Garcia told detectives he was paid $1,500 to deliver Katherine Altagracia Guerrero De Aguasvivas to another person. He's accused of kidnapping the woman at a Winter Springs intersection with an AR-15 in his hand.
