Man donates 20,000 pounds of food to Second Harvest

On Wednesday, a truck from the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida will be picking up a food donation from a local resident at Margaritaville. This donation is special, because it puts the total amount of food the resident has collected for Second Harvest at more than 20,000 pounds.

Man accused of pointing gun at kids at bus stop

Richard Felton, 58, was arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated child abuse. He's accused of threatening a kid who was picking his sister up from the bus stop. Felton was apparently mad that the boy's car was parked in front of his house. However, it was determined that he was parked on a public street, not Felton's property.

Crews repaint checkered flag crosswalk in Daytona

The checkered crosswalk outside Daytona International Speedway — a familiar sight for race fans — has been painted over as part of a statewide crackdown on decorative street art, transportation officials said. FDOT says decorative crosswalks pose safety risks, following a similar move in Orlando. FOX 35's Amanda Ruiz gives us the latest details.
