Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) bomb technicians are investigating after an explosion in Palm Springs, California, on Saturday left a swath of destruction near a fertility clinic. The blast, which FBI Los Angeles assistant director Akil David called an "intentional act of terrorism," happened just before 11 a.m. local time near an American Reproductive Centers facility.
