Oviedo firefighters are getting new life saving equipment to help the community. The department demonstrated two new devices on Wednesday. The first is a new scope that allows paramedics to intubate a patient immediately at the scene. The second is a new automatic chest compression system that can be placed over the patient for precise CPR.
Student arrested for homecoming chaos
A student from Oviedo High School is accused of bringing a gun to a homecoming dance. Students told police that they actually saw the gun; however, police say they are still looking for the weapon.
