Publix vaccine slots filled within 2 hours, here's your next chance

If you still need a COVID-19 vaccine, Publix will reopen its portal on Wednesday.

The portal reopened on Monday at 7 a.m. but filled up before 9 a..m.

They said that they will reopen again on Wednesday, February 17th, at 7 a.m.

The state of Florida requires individuals receiving their first vaccine dose to provide proof of residency, such as an ID or utility bill.

Seniors can book their appointment at when the portal reopens.

So far, over 2 million people have been vaccinated in Florida. 

Nearly 600 Publix pharmacies statewide offer the vaccine.
