This comes after the ownership group "Central Florida Pro Soccer" received a letter of intent from the City of Winter Garden for a 72-acre site in East Winter Garden. If the city approves it, the complex would have a 5,000-seat stadium, hotel space, baseball fields and pickleball courts.
